St. Vincent de Paul Society

St. Vincent de Paul (24 April 1581 – 27 September 1660) was a priest of the Catholic Church who dedicated himself to serving the poor. He is venerated as a saint in the Catholic Church and in the Anglican Communion. He was canonized in 1737. De Paul was renowned for his compassion, humility, and generosity and is known as the "Great Apostle of Charity".

St. Vincent
de Paul Society is actively working in our community for the last 10 years. It does charitable works in Kerala (India) by providing financial aid to poor/needy families, children education, shelter for homeless, medical aid to the sick, financial support to the poor for marriages, etc. The Society collects money by selling food items during the feasts held at St. Antonius Church (German community) and collecting alms by coins put in tins distributed for the purpose to the families in our community.

Society has
taken up many charitable activities in the past and look forward to continue the same. This is made possible by the goodwill and helping mentality of our families and friends.
