Cherupushpa Mission League (CML)
“Love, Sacrifice, Service, and Suffering”
Cherupushpa Mission League (CML) is a dynamic and revolutionary Syrian-Catholic missionary organization founded in 1947 in Bharananganam, Kerala, under the visionary leadership of Fr. Joseph Maliparampil and P. C. Abraham Pallattukunnel, renowned as Kunjettan. Inspired by St. Thérèse of Lisieux, the patroness of missions, CML was established with the aim of nurturing a deep missionary spirit among the faithful.
With its guiding motto — “Love, Sacrifice, Service, and Suffering” — CML calls Catholics of all ages to a life of committed evangelization, social outreach, and spiritual growth. Unlike many other spiritual movements, CML has no age barrier, welcoming children, youth, adults, and the elderly alike to be part of its mission.
